APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

We send a courtesy appointment reminder two days before your scheduled visit as a helpful reminder. Ultimately, it’s your responsibility to manage your appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies, which are designed to enhance your experience at Vaughan Diann Salon and Spa.

ON-LINE BOOKING POLICY

In order to have the convenience of online booking, a 50 % deposit is required for each service booked online and is applied toward your appointment total. By booking, you authorize Vaughan Diann to charge a no-show fee equal to the full deposit if you miss your appointment without proper notice.

With at least 24 hours notice, deposits may be refunded to the original form of payment.

**There is no deposit requirement when you call to schedule an appointment.

Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable; However, deposits will remain in your account as a credit for future services—we do not keep your money.

**If you are booking multiple services or need to make adjustments, we recommend calling the salon so we can assist you with scheduling and help avoid multiple deposits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain a fair environment for all clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. This policy helps us accommodate other guests and optimize our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out by phone at 410-571-1112 or send us an email.

REFUND POLICY

While we strive for excellence in every service, We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please inform us within 48 hours. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for completed services, products, or for hair extensions and wig purchases.
