Starting September 1, 2022, all guests are required to give a credit card to book appointments. There is no charge to book an appointment, this is simply to be held in your profile in the case that you do not give 24 hour notice by phone, email or voicemail to cancel your appointment or that you are a no-show. You will be charged 50% of the service books for any no-shows. This includes multiple service appointment. By giving us your credit card information you authorize us to implement a 24 hour cancellation or no-show policy.

Please advise that this is a courtesy only and that it is the guest’s responsibility to follow through with appointments. Vaughan Diann is not responsible for being unable to reach you via texts or phone call.
REFUND POLICY
We strive for perfection. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours to allow us an opportunity to address your concerns. Vaughan Diann does not provide refunds for completed services under any circumstances. All sales of hair for extension or wig purchases are nonrefundable.
